The staff are amazing. They are welcoming and really helpful. For example, they would help you organise your program and suggest places to go. They do not hesitate to help and always smile. If you needed a buggy to and from your villa they would happily get one for you. Complimentary breakfast is yum, you get a wide selection from western and local. The design and architecture of the place is amazing!! Its so beautiful and really suits being in bali. Its the best acommodation ive stayed at, its not a hotel but its like living in your own home, it was 2 storeys for us and we had airconditioning, complimentary fruits and bottled water. It was very unique and better than staying in a hotel.

Staff was very friendly and kind and service is excellent, villa is luxurious and the views are out-worldly and breath-taking. Also they offered us a welcome gift that i really liked.

The insects inside the villa but there's nothing they can do really knowing the environment that we're in although they spray the villa everyday from inside and out, and also the villa was far from the reception and restaurant area that we should call a butler with a golf car to pick us up every time we go in and out of the villa, but nothing that ruins our amazing stay

No complains at all, the venue met what was needed, would definitely recommend it. Everything was good, supper friendly stuff made our stay very relaxing😀

We had an incredible time at the resort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially our butler. The food was delicious and the infinity meal was a brilliant experience, just make sure to pre-book as it's popular. The rooms were spacious and the location was amazing, surrounded by nature and near the river. The highlight for me was discovering two baby toucans on the property, it brought so much joy to my stay.

Expensive price, airport transfer was not included, was a bit far from Ubud center.

Early check-in and tastefully decorated room with a comfy bed, open attached bathroom and complimentary afternoon tea. Lovely pool, parking on site. Late check-out. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location to a fine arts museum. Really nice restaurant for our dinner.

Breakfast cold.

The location was picturesque, short walk to la view restaurant and gin/vodka/whiskey, and central ubud market which is atleast 2km from the resort. The breakfast was delicious and hot with varieties, I loved its value. The staff was professionally trained throughout the day...

Breathtaking view, private villas, amazing butler service, tight-knit community feeling, beautiful surroundings.

Nothing to dislike.

The views were amazing and the people in the hotel were wonderful.

Room was very comfortable although leaked in places when it rained. Staff were very friendly and location was outside Ubud so away from the hubbub which was a good thing in our opinion.

The food was rarely served hot and was very average I am basing this on a couple of lunches and 6 breakfasts and one dinner. We chose to eat out in Ubud as there are many very good restaurants there offering better food at a better price.

I received great value for my money and the room was perfect. The location was a bit far from the center, but it was easy to organize transport. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home.

Pool in the villa is too small to be used for swimming.

No gym facility - like to b able to use gym every day when on holiday!

Great food in the restaurant, friendly staff, amazing view, and wonderful spa services. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the shuttle service was available to take us to nearby attractions, with ample parking space. The location was tranquil and serene, with the Arung river very close by.

Everything was spot on.
